The Veterinary Technician position operates in the main hospital and manages appointments, urgent care, general practice surgery, and high volume spay/neuter surgery. The Technician works closely with Veterinary Assistants and Veterinarians to provide quality care to clients of all backgrounds.
Workday
10-13 hour shifts, 3-4 shifts/week
Here's what you'll be doing
- Monitor and care for medicine patients
- Monitor and care for emergency and critical patients
- Collect and prepare laboratory samples
