Our non-profit, no-kill animal shelter houses up to 125 adult animals plus additional kittens and puppies. With over 1,200 adoptions a year we have a high turnover rate and even rescue animals out of poor conditions long distance. As a shelter vet you would have ample opportunity to work in various roles. There would be work available at the on-site animal hospital if you had an interest.

A family practice with an open mind outside of major cities. We are closely affiliated with our on-premises animal shelter that rescues 1,500 animals a year. The already prolific hospital and shelter are both staging to expand with a 2.5 million dollar building currently in process.
